StayWidget enables requests on an existing website for one property and individually named units. The property owner is responsible for accurate inventory, authority to manage guest data, price/terms agreement and direct communication. Our service terms are separate from each property's reservation/cancellation terms.

Reservation agreements are between the property and guest

Funtoolio provides StayWidget as a software tool used by property owners and guests to submit and manage reservation requests. Funtoolio is not a party to their accommodation agreement and does not act as the accommodation provider, a guarantor or an insurer. Recording an owner's confirmation in StayWidget does not make Funtoolio responsible for fulfilling that agreement.

The property and guest are responsible for agreeing and honoring the accommodation price, payment arrangements, availability, stay conditions and cancellation/refund terms. Funtoolio does not guarantee either party's performance and does not assume liability for either party failing to honor their agreement, including a guest not arriving or paying, a property not providing the agreed accommodation, or either party not honoring an agreed cancellation or refund. Questions and disputes about that agreement should be addressed directly to the other party; StayWidget does not adjudicate them or provide compensation on either party's behalf.

This distinction does not exclude Funtoolio's own obligations or liability for operating StayWidget, including applicable privacy, security and service obligations, or remove any mandatory legal rights or remedies. The legal operator identity, applicable law and enforceability of this draft require review before launch.

Pro is free during the fixed launch promotion until 1 February 2027, 00:00 UTC, and remains free afterward pending an approved billing rollout. No card, automatic charge or automatic downgrade. The future standard Pro price of US $15/month per property is proposed, not an available checkout. Custom submissions confer no entitlement. See pricing and material limits.

To keep Free and Pro affordable, StayWidget is a self-service product with documentation. Individual onboarding, training, customization, priority support and contractual uptime or routine response-time guarantees are not included unless expressly agreed separately. Routine help may be provided on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed individual reply. A Custom enquiry is a request to discuss requirements; only an explicit agreement defines any additional features, limits or service commitments. This does not exclude mandatory rights or our privacy, security or service obligations. Security/privacy/legal matters use the contact route, independently of optional feedback.

Do not spam, impersonate others, evade limits or attempt unauthorized access. No card collection, insurance, channel management or guarantee against outside double bookings is offered. Maintain a practical outage contact/calendar method and keep private exports where appropriate.

Voluntary feedback can inform improvements without a promise of compensation, credit, delivery or resulting-product ownership. Existing rights remain with their holders. Personal data and property content are not broadly licensed for unrelated uses, public testimonials or model training by this notice.

Closure/export/deletion and proportionate suspension procedures, liability, mandatory remedies, market disclosures and any future billing/cancellation terms require operator and legal review. No blanket waiver, zero-liability claim or fabricated governing law is adopted.
