Discuss bounded requirements for one property. Larger limits require review and an explicit agreement; the current preview still stores at most five units.

All plans include the complete request → owner decision → inventory workflow. No monthly commercial request cap. Safety controls reject new attempts visibly: five/network/ten minutes, 100/property/UTC day, plus bounded public reads. Existing requests and exact receipt retries are preserved.
A stored-unit safety limit of five includes closed/draft units. Plan quotas count open units. Choosing Free above its limit preserves existing units, bookings, management and export; reopening a closed unit is blocked until usage is reduced or free Pro chosen. Promotion expiry never deletes data or disables existing units.
Guest confirmation email is included when configured, with sending safeguards across all plans. Only an owner confirmation queues an email; pending requests do not send email. A shared daily sending budget can delay delivery without cancelling a reservation. Owners can see delivery status and contact guests directly when needed. No online payment or external calendar sync on any plan. Same retention policy across plans: closed unaccepted enquiry contacts 90 days; booking contact data 12 months after departure/cancellation; nonpersonal history up to 24 months. Future bookings are not purged for quotas. These defaults require legal review before live intake.
