Your existing website stays yours.
- Create your property and individually named rooms or apartments. Set capacity, open dates and policies. Publish accommodation prices on your own website; StayWidget does not calculate guest price quotes.
- Record existing outside bookings and unavailable dates. Publish only when your availability is up to date.
- Approve your exact website origins and choose an accent color in Install widget.
- Copy the loader snippet into a page permitting scripts, or use the fixed-height iframe. Keep the hosted request-page fallback.
- Test the published mobile page with a synthetic request and owner decision. Guests must save their private status links; owners must check the dashboard daily.
Which snippet?
The recommended small JavaScript loader inserts an isolated iframe and resizes it automatically. It does not render booking controls inside your website's DOM. Direct iframe embedding is simpler when a builder restricts scripts, but needs a fixed outer height and internal scrolling. A hosted page link works when embedding is blocked.
Plain HTML uses either option. WordPress requires a permitted Custom HTML block. Wix uses supported Embed HTML or Embed a Site; nested origins and outer-container sizing must be checked. Installation is not promised on every platform or plan. Real published WordPress/Wix smoke tests remain release tasks; there is no native plugin.
Maximum ten loader containers/page, five approved exact website origins/property and responsive inner height up to 1,600px. Your site's CSP must allow the application script/frame origin. Private status opens separately and owner pages cannot be embedded.
